If you are purchasing directly from 55+ manufactured home communities, the price you are given will most likely include a completed package (driveway, carport, or garage, porch if desired, etc.). Most manufactured home retailer centers will give you a price including the home, set-up, steps, and air conditioner. If you would like a driveway, carport, etc., these are normally priced separately. With Manufactured Home Ownership it's very important that you understand exactly what is included in the purchase price and that it is spelled out on your purchase agreement.
