We cordially invite you to come take a tour of our Homosassa Springs Model & Design Center. If you are new to the area, or, are a long time established resident, we would love to show you around the model center and answer any question you may have.

The Design Center is where buyers review their home plans with our Design Coordinator. You will make your personal selections for your new home’s interior and exterior. You will select colors, decking, siding, paint and other exterior details. You will also choose interior features including carpeting, cabinets, counter tops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, tile, paint colors and much more. Gainey Custom Homes is your “one stop” design center with the guidance of our Design Coordinator, you may choose your home’s detailing with confidence.
