Regency Heights is a manufactured home community located in Clearwater, on Florida’s West Coast. Clearwater is most famous for its beautiful beaches, but it has much more to offer. Enjoy a day in one of the waterfront parks, dine out at great restaurants, and visit the Clearwater Marine Aquarium that is home to two world famous dolphins. For you baseball fans, Clearwater is home to to the Philadelphia Phillies spring training games. The Clearwater Jazz Holiday is a multi-day festival that celebrates a variety of music including jazz, swing, the blues, rock and roll, and folk.
A Regency Heights there is something for everyone. You can stay as active or relaxed as you want. Most of the activities are center in and around the Clubhouse. There are many social activities you can join in, take a refreshing dip into the pool, stay fit at our fitness Center, or relax with a good book from the library.
