New Community Clubhouse:
The new clubhouse will be built on the green space on the Harbor View corner water view site. The new clubhouse will include the community office, activity rooms, commercial kitchen, auditorium for events and gatherings, a large saltwater heated pool and hot tub, outdoor covered patio area with grilling and refreshment area and a private beach with a fire pit for all the residents to enjoy.
New Community Dock:
We are planning to add community docks (for residents only) allowing residents to keep their boats at the community for easy access to boating and fishing.
Security:
A new gated entrance will be constructed allowing easy entry for residents and a call box for guest. Decorative fencing will be installed along the frontage of the community.
