We would like to make your transition into your new home a little less stressful with a few helpful hints:

*We ask you to live in your new home for 30 days before submitting your first service request. You can click on this link 30-Day Service Punch List and fill out the interactive form and email it to service2@jachomes.com. Of course, if you have an emergency such as electrical or plumbing, you can contact our service department directly at (800) 282-6513 or service2@jachomes.com.

*After living in your home for 90 days we have provided you with a form you can fill out regarding any drywall issues on the walls and ceiling. Click on this link for the interactive 90-Day Drywall/Ceiling Inspection form. You can email this to service2@jachomes.com.
